Looks like an awesome spot to play disc golf. I didn’t actually play a round, I just checked it out. I didn’t have my discs with me and only learned this spot was jere once I was already here. I’ll have my discs with me next time. Maybe tomorrow. There not much signage. Nor was there anything on google maps until now. The holes are just occ pipes but it’s a great start.

I walked it today hoping to run into someone else playing but alas I was alone. If you're looking for a well marked course...this ain't it. There are no baskets, only sticks and PVC markers that don't really tell you what hole you're on. Some of the pins had fallen down so I re-erected them where I saw them. Overall I spotted maybe five holes, no idea where the others are. There is a cool cave with 2 windows though and that provides amazing views of Tetakawi and San Carlos. I hope to eventually meet someone familiar with the course and play with them so I can understand the layout. **Update: I met some of the great guys who play this course and they showed me the layout, which I'm also told is on the Udisc app. There are 18 holes, all marked (once you find them) and even another small course higher up by the cave I mentioned, which explains some of my confusion. This area is shared by mountain bikers so give them right-of-way, but I didn't see any the two times I played so far. Pull into the concrete that goes nowhere then turn right and drive all the way to the end of the dirt lot. Hike to the right up the hill (heading towards the sea) and that's hole #1. Each tee box is right by the preceding hole - look for the well worn red dirt for a guide to the next hole. The course tacks around in the valley in front of you mostly going towards and away from the sea and following the paths. Be warned there is no water and hardly any shade so don't play from July-Sept and try to get out there as early as possible. I'm told folks have gotten heat stroke, keep an eye out for snakes when bush crashing, and remember there's probably not going to be anyone out there to help you if you run into trouble. Really fun, rustic course though and uncrowded, especially compared to municipal park courses up north!
