★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitas oficinas de ventas de casas. Lo malo que en su fraccionamiento no pasan rutas. Pasa una la 68 está como a 500 mts la parada algo lejos. Lastima espero que se tenga más rutas en el futuro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, no te ofrecen ni un agua porque no tienen, pero se portan bien los asesores, el desarrollo está comenzando a vender su tercer sector, el primero está completamente ocupado y super tranquilo y limpio, el segundo sector lo están terminando y aún no hay vecinos para valorar pero el parque es pequeño pero también el sector que tiene aprox 170 casas el tercer sector será más grande cerca de 400 unidades pero con un parque a la entrada y otro lateral, la única desventaja es que la mitad serán duplex y la otra mitad la versión más básica de las casas que ofrecen pero si tomamos en cuenta los desarrollos en esa misma avenida se ve que será muy tranquilo ya que no colinda con ninguna colonia de interés social, muy recomendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son chicas y están bien por el precio, pero las instalaciones eléctricas las ponen cada 4 casas, lo que ocasionará qué si el vecino cierra su casa los demás tendrán que hacer una modificacion del centro de carga. Mal diseñado.
