Y hay estacionamiento en la plaza (no cobran jajaja)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era muy bueno el servicio, pero desde hace 3 semanas decayó (no te atienden, no se llevan los trastes sucios, el capuchino no tiene espuma, y el chavo que atiende está dormido).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque dicen que cierran a las 20:00, desde las 19:30 ya están recordándote "amablemente" que cierran a las 20:00. Al cuarto para la hora, ya están guardando las cosas y poniendo música bien ñerota a todo volumen; que no puedes escuchar ni tus pensamientos.
Para colmo, la señorita que estaba a cargo (que claramente no es la dueña), dando una atención muy mala y tardándose mucho en tomar la orden. Alcancé a escuchar la forma en que respondió a un cliente que pidió una promoción y prácticamente terminó gritándole que no se la podía hacer válida.
En fin, supongo que por su buena ubicación y cercanía con la universidad, se pueden dar el lujo de prestar un pésimo servicio, correr a la gente temprano y servir café aguado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está limpio y el trato es amable. El café sin embargo, deja mucho que desear. Pedí dos mokas y al probar uno estaba tan pero tan caliente que creo que le cause daño a mi garganta. Lamentablemente las dependientas no fueron capacitadas para usar esas maravillosas máquinas San Remo con las que cuenta el local, no saben de temperatura, de extracción ni de acremado. Siendo socio de dos cafeterías me da lástima que un lugar tan bien ubicado y bien arreglado no tenga el mínimo respeto por una taza de café, muy mal por la administración ?

Unfortunately, the shop assistants were not trained to use those wonderful San Remo machines that the place has, they do not know about temperature, extraction or creaming.
