★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destaco dos pesimas cosas del Hotel, La dueña es una sra prepotente, grosera, tajante y sin la mínima idea de atención al cliente y otra tiene problema con el agua en el hotel en algunos cuartos no sale y otros sale agua sucia. No lo recomiendo.
 I highlight two very bad things about the Hotel, The owner is an arrogant, rude, blunt lady and without the slightest idea of customer service and another has a problem with the water in the hotel in some rooms it does not come out and others dirty water comes out. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo la fachada está bien porque la resepsionista nomás no dio una , nesecitamos capasitarla,. Las habitaciones muy mal ,regaderas en pésimo estado el agua sale café, colchones duros feos haaaa pero los cobran muy bien.. yo no recomiendo este hotel
Terrible service, only the facade is fine because the resepsionist just didn't give one, we need to layer it. The rooms are very bad, showers in terrible condition, the water comes out brown, ugly hard mattresses haaaa but they charge very well .. I do not recommend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho ruido,las cobijas y sábanas de muy mala calidad parecen de plástico en el lugar hace mucho frío tiene muchas condiciones por ejemplo el agua caliente si es en un horario específico y para terminar te piden una garantía de 300 pesos de lo cual al salir segun ellos con sus políticas no te lo regresan en mi caso fue por ensuciar dos toallas se me hace injusto porque en ningún hotel abia tenido ese problema

Much noise, the blankets and sheets of very poor quality seem plastic in the place it is very cold it has many conditions for example the hot water if it is at a specific time and to finish they ask you for a guarantee of 300 pesos of which when leaving according to They do not return it to you with their policies, in my case it was because of dirtying two towels, it makes me unfair because in no hotel had I ever had that problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, primero cancelaron la habitación ya reservada, súper mal trato del personal, nunca hubo agua caliente y las habitaciones no son lo que prometen, en muy mal estado y por si fuera poco pésimo internet.
No recomiendo este hotel en lo más mínimo, es el peor en el que me he hospedado. ?
Terrible service, first they canceled the room already reserved, super bad treatment of the staff, there was never hot water and the rooms are not what they promise, in very bad condition and if that was not bad internet.
I do not recommend this hotel in the least, it is the worst I have ever stayed in. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio, se marcó por teléfono y se pidió toda la información, pero al parecer su recepcionista no sabe absolutamente nada, nos cancelaron las habitaciones porque según ellos no atendimos una llamada, siendo que todo el día contamos con la suficiente señal para recibir la llamada, y si en alguna respuesta que lleguemos a recibir a este mensaje nos dicen que es por no seguir las normativas del hotel, marcamos, preguntamos lo pertinente y nunca se nos informo, se nos dijo que no era necesario anticipar para reservación, al momento de llegar, mal servicio mala información, no se nos informo que debíamos solicitar el agua caliente, si no es que nos enteramos por los comentarios de desaprobación de otros huéspedes, se nos engaño al decirnos que apagrian unos camiones de helados que estaban haciendo ruido, para que aceptarnos quedarnos y no estar dando más vueltas para buscar otros lugar, y a media noche los volvieron a conectar, espero esto sirva para más personas que busquen un verdadero lugar para descansar, porque al parecer y al leer en otros comentarios a la gerencia no les importa y no acepta las malas calificaciones. Esto no es un hotel, son habitaciones de paso que encuentras en cualquier carretera, que debería costar 150 la noche.
A terrible service, they dialed by phone and asked for all the information, but apparently their receptionist knows absolutely nothing, they canceled our rooms because according to them we did not answer a call, being that all day we have enough signal to receive the call, and if in any response we receive to this message they tell us that it is for not following the hotel regulations, we mark, ask what is pertinent and we were never informed, we were told that it was not necessary to advance for reservation, at the moment upon arrival, bad service bad information, we were not informed that we had to request hot water, if we did not find out from the disapproving comments of other guests, we were deceived by telling us that they put down some ice cream trucks that were making noise, So that we accept to stay and not be going around looking for other places, and at midnight they reconnected, I hope this serves for more people who are looking for a Real place to rest, because apparently and reading in other comments the management does not care and does not accept the bad ratings. This is not a hotel, these are passing rooms that you find on any road, which should cost 150 a night.
