★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta última ocasión visitamos la sucursal frente a la Universidad de Celaya y nos decepcionó, la ensalada que te sirven previo al corte era de tamaño minúsculo, al igual cuando trajeron el corte diamante el puré de papa y la crema de espinacas era una cucharada muy pequeña, el corte diamante un poco insípido pero curiosamente escuchamos el mismo comentario de una mesa de junto, antes era difícil terminar tus platillos hoy ni satisfechos, ¿están sacrificando porciones por no aumentar el precio??? Hemos sido clientes por más de 20 años y salimos muy decepcionados, que paso???? O solo esto sucede en esta sucursal???
 On this last occasion we visited the branch in front of the University of Celaya and we were disappointed, the salad they serve you before the cut was of tiny size, just like when they brought the diamond cut the mashed potatoes and the spinach cream was a very spoonful Small, the diamond cut a bit tasteless but curiously we heard the same comment of a table together, before it was difficult to finish your dishes today or satisfied, are they sacrificing portions for not increasing the price ??? We have been clients for more than 20 years and we left very disappointed, what happened ???? Or only this happens in this branch ???

El servicio siempre es excelente,...especialmente de Charley López,...siempre que vengo me consiente,!...gracias s todo el equipo de California.
Every time I come to Celaya it is a "must stop" the rosst beef is delicious, the combination of the salad and the accompaniments of the meat, ... spinach and mashed potatoes ... a delight! ... The service He is always excellent, ... especially from Charley López, ... whenever I come he consents to me,! ... Thank you s all the California team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Prime Rib you can eat, and in response to Mr Jeremy Richardson coment about how "steak is meant to be grilled" he should know that this oven style Prime Rib requires a level of quality much higher than regular grilled steak , only the best Prime Rib can be cooked like this, very special indeed , and it shoud be ordered medium, never well done or overcooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from waiter, other than that, terrible. The steak was brought to the table in a large block of meat, then sliced off. Steak is meant to be grilled. This steakhouse apparently boils their meat. It tastes more like Spam than steak. Terrible!!!!
