★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park is one of the most well-known in the Colima and Villa de Álvarez área. Recently renovated is visited a lot for families with small children since there's a little playground. Also, during the mornings a lot of adults exercise in the outdoor fitness park. This park also has some historical significance, there are two historic areas, the first, part of the foundations of the church were made with indigenous constructions. And there are vestiges of an old Franciscan convent. Sadly, this part is difficult to visit since it is used as a public toilet.
Overall, this is a nice park with decent amenities and a lot of history.
