San Francisco de Asis hospital - 44610 Guadalajara

Hufffff de verdad malísima experiencia que tristeza con el nombre tan importante que lleva de este hermoso santo San Francisco de Asís , siendo el tan benevolente con los pobres y con su prójimo y este hospital te roban a lo descarado literal te roban. No te cobran caro , te roban !!!!

Hoy fui con la cardióloga la Dra. Mónica Ramírez , muy atenta y profesional , la experiencia fue buena , en la consulta me hizo eco , electrocardiograma y me explico bien

Exelentes habitaciones y exelente trato y muy equipado , solo hace falta más personal de enfermería y las de intendencia estén más al pendiente, y cambiar la actitud de la que se encarga de los seguros pero en general está exelente y una cocina exelente

Tardaron en atendernos en urgencias, no aceptaron mi seguro por que dicen que en urgencias y por covid no es válido, lo cual en mi seguro dice lo contrario y por menos de 4 horas que estuvimos ahí más 3 estudios y la prueba de covid fueron 12mil pesos más honorarios.. Mala experiencia la verdad

Nos llevamos una mala experiencia por parte del medico especialista Blancarte, el seguimiento a mi padre dio mucho que desear. Irónicamente el ISSSTE, de quienes llegue a pensar ofrecerían un mal servicio fueron mas atentos y educados que el mismo medico. No siempre el que pagues por un servicio, te garantiza una buena atención.

Gracias por los excelentes tratos de las enfermeras, personal de aseo, personal de ingreso y estacionamiento! Mucha calidad humana todos. Siempre resolviendo las necesidades! Tiene una linda capilla y las habitaciones limpias y remodeladas. En wifi bien. El doctor Luis Padilla excelente e inmejorable su labor y atención. Sin duda lo recomiendo siempre.

I had a bad experience here, the E.R. was excellent, my Dr. Vega Limón was awesome, the nursing staff was really awesome. I had to sign an agreement that my patient was not to alone at all, that means 24/7 I was not able to leave even to go eat, get a beverage, even to my car to get personal items, it was very upsetting and frustrating. The acomadations for me (the caretaker) were null it was a couch that look and felt that it would have been better off at a night club, I don't like to diss a place that saved my patient's life, but the room cost $3950.00 a day and it was very uncomfortable, I or a family member had to stay there 24/7. I truly believe that they cut staff and in their place they make someone be there at all times. I myself had surgery there a few years back and everything was great, and I had no problems at all. When they released my patient and I went to pay, I didn't really look at the itemized part of the bill and that was my mistake, because the next day I finally say down to look over the bill and I found that I had been over charged for almost 2000.00 pesos, so I called and for about a week I got the run around, so I called my Dr. and he told me to call customer service and it took almost a month to get my money back and the invoice, which I needed for tax exemption was for the following month. Believe me when I say that the Hospital San Francisco de Asis is 1 of the 2 I'd chosen for my family and myself because I had had very good treatment before. Needless to say that I am wiser for it, and very unhappy about the way things turned out. I will repeat this though, the Dr.,the nursing staff, the E.R. and health workers in general were super awesome.
