★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejaron de pasar a cobrar un servicio, fuimos a u a sucursal para que reanudarán .....pasaron 6 meses y llamaron diciendo que teníamos un atraso, quedaron de pasar y nada. El teléfono que tienen es imposible comunicarse, da opciones y ninguna te acepta, vaya servicio.
They stopped charging a service, we went to a branch to resume ..... 6 months passed and they called saying that we had a delay, they were left to spend and nothing. The phone they have is impossible to communicate, it gives options and none accepts you, what a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una bola de chuecos, aparte son groseros! Yo terminé de pagar un servicio y parte de otro (que no se usó) y cancelé todo en marzo de este año. Obvio no me reembolsaron ningún centavo. Hoy es dic 31, y acaba de pasar un mensajero a mi domicilio diciendo que debo dinero por un paquete jajaja qué según eso la cancelación no está en su pinche sistema. Lo bueno que grabé a la Josefina anulando mi contrato. Presentía que iban a salir con sus jaladas!
They are a ball of crooked, apart are rude! I finished paying for one service and part of another (which was not used) and canceled everything in March of this year. Obviously they didn't refund any penny. Today is Dec 31, and a messenger just came to my home saying that I owe money for a package hahaha, according to that the cancellation is not in their fucking system. The good thing that I recorded Josefina canceling my contract. I had a feeling that they were going to go out with their pulls!
