★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve prometedor, la calle para entrar aún es terracería aunque dentro de la privada ya está pavimentado. Las áreas comunes aún inexistentes y no hay seguridad peatonal, puede entrar quien quiera.
It looks promising, the street to enter is still unpaved although inside the private one it is already paved. The common areas still non-existent and there is no pedestrian safety, whoever wants to enter.
