With the restaurant being named San Francisco Steak House and being from San Francisco, CA it’s unfortunate that the quality of service and meat is very poor. I would not recommend this place due to the quality of meat. You asked them to prepare your meat (Porter House) medium well, although it came out basically raw. I informed the waiter and the meat was too raw. The meat came out three times and not to my standard. Please be cautious coming here. The staff became upset and did not offer us good service. Manager stated that the cook is new and is learning. This is horrible. The service was rude and unprofessional. Think twice before coming here. (Made sense why a steakhouse was so empty). Should have taken that into consideration before entering.

The wine list was extensive and not overpriced for different levels of taste. Would highly recommend the Wagyu Fillet Mignon. I will return.

My cocktail came with a huge ice cube with rosemary inside. Rosemary doesn’t go with it so I removed the cube…there was 1” of cocktail! The waiter took it back and brought the correct drink.
I ordered the fillet mignon and was told they were out.
I ordered the hamburger. The menu said it came with….tarter sauce, tomato, onion and paprika. I said no tarter sauce . Burger came with tarter sauce, sautéed onion, bacon, cheese and lettuce. Completely different than what was described on the menu . It was dry and tasteless. Fries were soggy.
Hubby ordered the ribeye which he liked except for the ton of fat. Scalloped potatoes…tasteless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wagyu and quality choice rib eye. since we love rib eye and usually have it at home, our expectation is higher I guess, so the result of what we had here did not reach our expectations'. We asked for medium rare and the 2 was served as rare so we asked to cook for additional 2 minutes each side. Both of our side dishes (risotto & grilled vegetables) taste really good. We felt a little bit hot in our table so we asked the staffs to cool the AC more. The staffs were nice, friendly and very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner on this place.
