I think that it is not a recommendable place, I had a very bad experience, they lack preparation to give an accurate diagnosis and save lives, not only as healers or paleative treatments that lead to death and prolonged suffering. I do not recommend it.

They shouldn't be called a veterinary hospital when it's just a few injectors and pet bathing suits. They have no training to care for sick animals, my cousin lost two of her dogs due to negligence. If your pets get sick please do not take them there because it will only worsen their health and they will spend a lot of money on studies that will be useless.

Abre 24 horas.
Open 24 hours. I took my dog at 11pm due to an emergency he had, upon arrival I told the vet what was happening to my dog, it immediately happened to us at the office. He did a check-up and injected him with medicine for his problem, his diagnosis was very accurate and fast. As for the place, it is a very clean place, it has sale of kibbles, collars, leashes, clothes and plates for dogs. The costs are accessible, they accept a card (they charge an extra 5% when paying with a card) and after 10pm the cost of the consultation is a little higher but it is not exaggerated.

A couple of days ago our puppy began to present as some type of contractions in his stomach, when observing this we decided to take him to a first veterinarian, he told us that he probably had something stuck in his throat since he had difficulty breathing, but he did not have the resources to be able to maneuver it. He sent us to this San Francisco hospital, we arrived at dawn, a doctor received us, we told him what the other veterinarian had told us about the possibility that he had something stuck, and very abruptly he opened his mouth and put a scissors that he had in his hand to see if he had anything, the puppy cried from the pain of the maneuver. He said that he did not bring anything, that the dog was very serious and that he had to stay under observation. We accepted that he stay, the doctor told us that he would call us the next morning to see the evolution, it was more than noon and we did not receive a call so we decided to do it ourselves, in that call the doctor on duty told us that the puppy had had improvement very early but relapsed again, they promised to call as soon as there was anything new. We did not stay calm and decided to go to the vet to see how our puppy was, we arrived, they let us see him and the puppy looked very bad, he had no strength, he was lying down and moaning, I asked the doctor what they were administering He told me that tramadol, that is, only the pain was being controlled, I asked him about the diagnosis and he told me that they did not know, that he would have to do a biometry, this was around 5:50 pm, that is, yes They know that to have a diagnosis it is necessary to do studies, why not notify them in a timely manner? that is to say, if we did not decide to go to see him, they would never have asked us for authorization to do the biometrics, in short, we asked them to do it, giving us a margin of 3 hours for the result, we marked at 3 o'clock and they told us that the puppy died minutes after we retired. It is the first time that we have a puppy (pet), I am not an expert in its attention and care, but the treatment that the puppy received did not seem worthy to me, I did not see interest on the part of the staff for the recovery, from the simple fact of not have given him a treatment due to the absence of a diagnosis. It is the first time that I go to this place, and without a doubt, if I have the opportunity to adopt another pet, I would never bring it to this veterinarian again. I do not recommend it.
