PORRAS
La porra es un dulce de sartén de origen español. Es de masa de harina y se fríe en aceite de girasol. Los ingredientes son los mismos que los del churro, aunque la porra lleva un poco de bicarbonato sódico (o levadura) y una mayor cantidad de harina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Places is very nice, the chocolate is the authentic recipe from Madrid. Churros were cold, but the taste was very good, I would recommend to go past 6pm that seems to be more movement and churros are fresh and warm.
