★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes un buen servicio, además de que no demoran en atender, cuentan con una excelente ubicación ya que están en avenida y esquina, con un horario de lunes a sábados como se muestra en la foto, y con precios no tan elevados en sus consultas y análisis.

Fui por estudios para un bebé y no saben cómo realizarlo, solo lastimaron al niño, incluso atravesaron la aguja en la muñeca del niño y no sacaron la muestra.
No recomendado en lo absoluto.
Terrible service, staff are not trained to perform their role.

Las señoritas que están en ventanilla te atienden con una arrogancia y prepotencia, te atienden hasta que quieren , y no se diga la señora que está en la entrada uff se creé dueña del laboratorio, igual de arrogante y prepotente!!!!!!! Vas por tus estudios y te los dan hasta que quieren, No gasten su dinero y mejor vayan a otros laboratorios!!!!!!!

Fui por una cita y se equivaron al agendarla, por lo que, no respetaron el horario que ellos me habían otorgado, me comentó muy déspota la recepcionista que tenía que esperarme hasta que tuviera tiempo la Doctora para hacer el estudio; cuando no fue mi culpa que se hayan equivocado. Yo accedí y después de un tiempo, muy arrogante la recepcionista, me envió de vuelta a la sucursal en la cual yo había pagado el estudio.
Deberían cambiar al personal, porque deja mucho que desear del laboratorio, cuando no es ningún servicio gratuito.
BAD ATTENTION! I went for an appointment and they made a mistake when scheduling it, so they did not respect the schedule they had given me, the receptionist told me very despotic that she had to wait for me until the doctor had time to do the study; when it wasn't my fault that they were wrong. I agreed and after a while, the receptionist very arrogant, sent me back to the branch where I had paid for the study.
They should change the staff, because it leaves a lot to be desired from the laboratory, when it is not a free service.
