★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones siempre limpias. La hora pico en las mañanas tiende a ser de 7:00am a 9:30am pero cada 5 minutos o menos quizá pasa el siguiente tren. En general de la empresa SITEUR, los boletos de univiaje deberían tener un tiempo más largo para poder usarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno y eficiente, e indispensable si quiero llegar rápido al centro. Los trenes están muy limpios y bien cuidados. Sólo considero que SITEUR debería implementar trenes de tres vagones no sólo cuando haya contingencias como el paso de la tuneladora "Tapatía", sino diario.
