So this is one of those stereo typical places where if you're white and/or only speak English you're gonna get ripped off. 1/5 stars don't go there. It's cheaper down the strip...

Well, this place started out great. Good drinks, fun music, the waiter asked us many times for song playlists. They even had me connect my Bluetooth to play one of my country playlists from Spotify. But as the evening went on, our half full drinks would disappear and full ones would appear. The restroom has a side door you can peep through and see a room complete with a bed, sink, etc. Cleary someone lives there. I notified the owner’s wife, Ana, because of the location of this restroom, I did not know if it was a shared one with the nearby tenants or not. She assured me it was safe, took me through the main door of this room to show me what it was, said no one ever goes in that room. Being extra cautious on my next trip to the restroom I took my friend with me. While we were in there he looks through the side door and sees a man carrying a tray. Reminder, Ana assured me no one goes in there. We quickly exited the restroom and see it was our waiter carrying a tray so he obviously was the one just in the creepy side room! By this time we are ready to leave, the waiter brings the check and it’s $400! 46 double tequilas with club soda and 4 Pacifica’s! All of this alcohol for our party of 3??? We did buy a couple of beers our new friend we had just met but there is absolutely no way we ordered and drank that much. So I questioned the check to the waiter, he acts like he knows nothing and goes and gets Ana. She ANGRILY comes to our table to discuss the check, next thing I know there are 2 police officers, then 4, and more kept showing up. I stood up from my table to speak to the police officers, holding my credit card and this random man snatched my credit card out of my hand to go ring up the transaction! None of us saw the man all night and we still don’t know who he is. I immediately called my credit card company to notify them there will be an unauthorized charge. Ana called her husband, Jerry, and put him on the phone with me. This was a civil call and Jerry even invited me back the next day to discuss the charges with him in person but his wife was not having it because she knew I contacted my credit card company. I was not trying to leave without paying, I was only questioning the charges. Next thing the police are putting me in handcuffs!! They said I need to pay them (the police) $400 or give over a watch or my cell phone!! I was not wearing a watch to give and was not handing over my cell phone because I would not have contact with my children! My friends ended up finding an atm to get cash for the police and they released me. I have never in my life had such a HORRIBLE experience at any establishment in Mexico. I do not recommend this place to anyone, you will be ripped off, they will charge you whatever they feel like it per drink because there is not a drink menu, they will miss count your total and charge you more, the employees will watch you while you go to the restroom and they work with the police to get more money! Never ever again will this place get mine or my friends business.

Everything was good but at the end, they served us passed orange juice in the tequila sunrise, they told us that it was passed and they were not going to charge it, at the end they did charge it and told us that we had to pay or they would call the police, so we did. They check was not correct too, the ambience was awesome but the workers sucked.

We are PV locals and went down to the marina for the opening of the Thursday Night Market. Afterwards, we stopped by San Jerry’s for some music and drinks. My first drink was decent, second weak, third it tasted like lime and tonic…I had our party of 3 taste (they were drinking beer) and they couldn’t detect any alcohol. We had them remake the drink. The new drink came back and at first sip it tasted fine, but weak after…highly suspect they put a floater of alcohol on top. I had 3 drinks and I was sober as a church mouse. Usually, I am a 2 drink and chill kinda girl - something was not right. I looked them up on Google and saw similar issues of dishonesty. It’s a shame - we liked this little bar, but we will not be back. There are lots of other places in PV that have great service, music, atmosphere and they won’t rip you off.

Great bar, local just happy to see customers come in and sing along to the music. Great people and great service. They helped us sort out a problem with our missing gear. More than anything though gave us great service and a friendly atmosphere. Will be back.

What a fun, tiny bar with festive staff. They are there to help you party, whether you walk in ready or not. We stopped in for a drink on the way to dinner, but they were ready for karaoke and fun at any hour. Good drinks. Good company. Great staff.
