Terreno fértil por muchos años, de bonanza agrícola y ganadera. Testigo del tránsito de un hermoso caudal provocado por las lluvias de temporal.
La casa grande, de muros viejos y dolidos, aunque sin muchos alcances arquitectónicos conserva ese aire provincial por su gran patio central y su rústico jardín.
