Hace falta más empatía por personal de seguridad y estacionamiento. En general los doctores fueron amables y acertados.
Need more empathy for security and parking staff. In general the doctors were friendly and accurate.

I am aware that in hospitals each experience is different, I will tell mine. We went to the sanatorium area, because my wife gave birth. The first filter I did was the price of the delivery and cesarean section packages, which compared to other places this is quite affordable (does not include doctor's fees) My wife gave birth and it was a natural childbirth, so it was somehow quite cheap (I made the payment in cash but with your due invoice). Once there, the nurses, doctors and all the hospital staff were very kind to us (of course with my wife's face of pain ?), they always treated us excellent and more... The room was very well equipped and spacious, a large and comfortable bathroom, and according to my wife the food tasted quite good. The treatment with my son was also good, and almost all the time except when he was just born and his check-up the next day, our son was with us in the room. A great plus is that the hospital has a civil registry office, which I take advantage of to discharge my son as soon as he was born (the list of documents to bring is on the internet) Finally at the time of discharge, everything was very fast but without rushing to leave the room. In general, our stay in that hospital, in that area, was good.

This is the most worthless hospital that I have ever been to, I went to the emergency room for sever kidney stone pain, even though they did take me in right away and help to remove the pain, it was not worth the trip. The first problem is with the billing system, my trip to the ER ended having 2 prices the first of which was paid was 6,816.31 pesos, while I waiting for money to be transferred into my account to pay the bill they came back with another bill of which the amount was 8,629.99 pesos claiming that there was more medication given for the stay when their was not. The second thing that happened as you can see in the pictures when they were REMOVING the IV the Woman lifted and dragged it out causing this to appear on my arm damaging the vein they put the original IV in. The third thing was going back for surgery to have the kidney stone reduced and removed with a laser price of which estimate is around 40,000 pesos and requires a bank transfer, or my mother was going to help me pay for it with a credit card over the phone, by the way they do not accept a credit card over the phone, the hospital is set up to have either payment right at that moment before surgery or you do not get the surgery at all, If you do have a surgery there or any kind of care and cannot pay till another day you have to stay at the hospital until the bill is paid with all extra charges incurred. Unfortunately while being in Mexico a place that pays people around 80 pesos a day for a full days work a person making 40,000 pesos is not easy to see how the common worker can afford to keep up with hospital care from allopathic doctors... Surgery required can be set as a death sentence if you don't have the full amount of cash on you

Hopital peligroso!! No les impota las vidas humanas solo les impota cuanto!! Ban cobrar !!!!!! This hospital is awful with disproportionate prices. But that's not the worst, you get to enter to the ER and you already pay 40,000.00 pesos. If at least they stabilize the patient but not !!!!this weekend we had to Take my mom To the hospital to the ER but They could not stabilize her completely. So I had to move her from san jose to el hospital genera to the ER there in an ambulance, because in San Jose!!! There only interest is charges you they don’t care about patients Life!! So be careful with this hospital don’t trust them with the life of your relatives.

This hospital isn’t what I would recommend. Instead of looking out for people, there are medics in their who just want more money. Even though you tell them that you don’t have the money at the moment but won’t have a problem getting it, they don’t do their job until you have the money in. The experience my mother went through is quite similar. When we went to get the money the next day, the doctors said that it wasn’t 100,000 pesos anymore, but that it was 200,000 now. Another thing is that without doing a proper test, the doctors diagnosed her with COVID-19, and then injected her when it turned out that the test for COVID-19 was negative. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital because instead of looking out for patients, they look out for the money that they think they can take advantage over. Don’t waste your money on this useless hospital when there are better hospitals out there. Keep your family safe.

It may have been a good hospital many years ago. But the new towers and in general it all looks so dated and unattended. Parking is so bad that valet is mandatory. Some elevators work sometimes. Really terrible design, architecture and execution. One can only hope the medics are competent since the administration is clearly not.
