About San Jose Hospital
Fundado en el año de 1989; Sanatorio San José de Gómez Palacio, Durango, México, es un proyecto de vida, que nace bajo el emprendedor del Dr. Santiago Avalos Rodríguez originario de esta ciudad, quien quiso dotar a su ciudad natal de un servicio hospitalario privado, tan necesario en esta comunidad.
Así, con el apoyo familiar y con espíritu visionario, se inicia un proyecto ambicioso en sus objetivos como complejo en su realización para el alto índice de responsabilidad que implica la atención de un enfermo a nivel hospitalario; sin embargo toda una vida de experiencia consagrada al servicio, así como una práctica medica siempre oportuna y ejemplar, fueron sembrando la semilla de lo que al principio fue un sueño y una meta y que ahora se plasma como un Sanatorio con una mentalidad impresa por su fundador, de evolución constante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hospital que por su ubicación tiene mucha gente. Sin embargo la atención es muy deshumanizada. Cuando acudimos, se fue la luz, en el cuarto no habia aire, el personal que atiende en urgencias de parte de lo administrativo por lo mismo que hay mucha gente no atiebde bien.
 It is a hospital that, due to its location, has many people. However, the care is very dehumanized. When we went, the power went out, there was no air in the room, the staff who attend the emergency department on the administrative side, for the same reason that there are many people, they do not attend well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos atendidos por el ortopedista Dr Próspero (no recuerdo el nombre completo) excelente atención de su parte, como paciente mi mamá y familiares (yo) siempre nos sentimos acompañados, mi total agradecimiento. Además un fino ser humano.
We were treated by the orthopedist Dr. Prospero (I can't remember the full name), excellent attention from him, as a patient my mother and family (I) always feel accompanied, my total thanks. Also a fine human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es accesible en cuestion de hacerte unos estudios pero estos dias fui por una molestias y penso el doctor que era infección me hizo comprar el medicamento y un asi me hizo hacerme un ultrasonido y pues se fueron ahi 2035$ y la consulta no duro ni 10min, me cito a la otra semana y queria que me hiciera otro estudio pero me hubiera ahorrado lo de la medicina así que si quieren gastar a lo menso esta ahi ese hospital.
It is accessible in a matter of doing some studies but these days I went for a discomfort and I thought the doctor that it was an infection made me buy the medicine and one so he made me do an ultrasound and then 2035 $ went there and the consultation did not last 10 minutes, I made an appointment the next week and wanted me to do another study but I would have saved the medicine so if you want to spend at least that hospital is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, pero te estafan dándote precios de paquetes de operación que al final no respetan, en mi caso fue un paquete de cesárea que al final me cobraron 3mil extras del precio que me habían dado, el argumento que dan es que son excedentes pero eso no te lo dicen cuando estás apartando el paquete, ya hasta que te dan la hoja de gastos, y eso lo hacen con todo los pacientes, a mi lado estaba una familia que le quería cobrar 6mil pesos extras nadamas por ponerle oxigeno al paciente durante 4 horas, no sé si al final pagaron, pero se veían gentes humildes que tardaron 4 horas en conseguir el dinero y para que al final les quieran cobrar todavía más dinero
The care is good, but they scam you by giving you prices for operation packages that in the end they do not respect, in my case it was a cesarean section that in the end they charged me 3 thousand extra than the price they had given me, the argument they give is that they are surplus but they don't tell you that when you're putting the package aside, until they give you the expense sheet, and they do that with all the patients, next to me was a family who wanted to charge them 6 thousand extra pesos just for putting oxygen on the patient for 4 hours, I don't know if in the end they paid, but there were humble people who took 4 hours to get the money and in the end they want to charge them even more money
