It is a very small winery, but with a formidable attention from the waiters and sommeliers not to mention. It is very worth going to know and drink their wines, which, in my opinion, are the best in the region, especially their special reserve line. Highly recommended to pay for the tasting of 6 of their wines so that you get to know them and make your choice. Just a couple of comments 1) Their food menu is very limited with only pizzas and few salads. It should be said that the pizzas are delicious, something more is needed. This could improve 2) Ignore Google maps if you go from Qro to the vineyard, unless you have a truck or 4X4 vehicle because it chooses the shortest path or the Bernal side, but not the best. The best route is to take the road to Tequisquiapan and from there turn left. On this side the road will not be a highway, but at least you do not suffer on the dirt and even more in rainy weather

I went about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday, previously I asked by WhatsApp if I needed a reservation to arrive and they never answered me, so we arrived like this. As for the way to get there, the Waze sent us along a dirt road, but then we saw another road that is a highway, although more signs would be needed to find the vineyard. At first glance it seemed that it was closed but as soon as we got closer they opened us up. It is a very private place, nothing to do with vineyards like La Redonda, for example. It is a very quiet and beautiful place with good views, it is pure countryside, so if you do not like insects like I do better not go ... We ordered 2 pizzas one with pepperoni and black olives and we accepted the suggestion of the waiter to try the of pear with cheese, which we did not like. But in general the dough is well prepared and they were brought to us without taking too long, to pair we ordered the foam wine from the Bernal Rosé valley which is very good and I recommend. What we did not like so much was that since the place is outdoors there are too many flies and as soon as they serve you the food they pounce and do not leave you alone, as I saw that other tables had a mosquito net for the food I asked the waiter , who despite seeing that the flies were bothering us, did not have the courtesy to offer us one until I asked. We wanted to stay for a while but since the flies bothered us better, we left and we couldn't taste their other wines, besides the fact that later bees arrived and it became more tiring to be driving them away. It would be super good if they put something to scare the flies, since it is unpleasant that they walk in the food.

It is an extension of the vineyard, here is a restaurant that they serve with great kindness, most of them are young people who show a great attitude of service. I recommend the package of 400 pesos which is tasted of three wines, a pizza and a tour of the vineyard.

The place its very nice and cared for .... BUT ... The access is scary, you are going down a one-way road full of puddles full of water with the fear of getting stuck and the branches are scratching your vehicle. Since you manage to get there, they are all super friendly and the place is very nice, BUT they took more than an hour to bring us a pizza, the portion is good but it is not enough after an hour of hunger and there is nothing else on the menu. We asked for another and it took another long time to bring it. The chocolate mousse was good but to finish grinding the coffee it also arrived half an hour later. The atmosphere is cordial and relaxed, the staff friendly, I hope they will improve the detail of the times to have a good experience and that it is worth the little trip.
