Delicious little spot right on the corner of the plaza! Friendly staff, quick service, great prices, mostly locals. Most importantly all the food our family of five ordered was delicious!!

I love going to the traditional and affordable just as the locals do. If your goal is to be eat as a temporary local, this is a place for you. Don't forget to order Lechón, Papadzules, or Pok-Chuk. The Agua de tamarindo was too sweet for my taste.

Nice little place at the corner of the market. Very good and tasty food for really low prices! You must check it out!

Best food in Mexico so far. The empanadas are so light, crisp and yet nicely filled, they just melt in your mouth with their delicious flavor and incredible texture. The tacos I had yesterday were fantastic with all that tender meat full of juicy flavor. Today, I ordered huevos motulenos, eggs over easy on a crispy taco with all kinds of vegetable and saucy goodness. Beans, ham, cheese, peas... Good and good for you (minerals). Btw while we're on the subject of "good for you" their Chaya maya, while still relatively bad tasting IMHO, is much better than in lots of other places (the lime version). For those not knowing what I'm talking about, this is an herbal drink, the green one on the picture I took. "Chaya is a good source of protein, vitamins, calcium, and iron; and is also a rich source of antioxidants." (Wikipedia). Make sure you go to this place, "San Judas Tadeo" as there are lots of other stands around and you'll get jumped on by the boys trying to get you to eat at their taqueria. I haven't tried the others, so I can't comment on them - I just know this place is great.

One of the best street food experience we’ve had in the Yucatán peninsula ??

Good prices, good food. I recommend the black soup made with burned chillies and turkey. In photo. Lots of free fresh tacos with meal. Fresh horchata.

Its ok, not bad. A bit of the local. But i think that they are loosing the local touch to get money from the tourist. Food very average. Yes we have been here a few times, so i do not want to put the local food down, but becoming a bit stale and not that fresh. Pricey. Maybe a few years ago was better.

The cochinita meat was very tasty, although the tortilla was quite greasy. I would get this in a taco next time. The turkey taco didn't have much flavor and the horchata was way too sweet. Would go back for the cochinita though!
