★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un café muy bueno no puedo decir que es el mejor de la región tampoco que tiene buenos precios pero es uno de los cafés más antiguos que existe aquí en Huixtla y que es accesible por que se encuentra cerca del centro a un lado del mercado. Su café tiene muy buena textura así como un muy buen olor pero siento que le hace falta más pureza ya que a lo lejos se logra sentir cómo quemadito Y eso le cambia mucho el sabor. Esto no es amerita que sea un buen café.
It is a very good coffee I can not say that it is the best in the region nor that it has good prices but it is one of the oldest cafes that exists here in Huixtla and that is accessible because it is near the center next to the market. His coffee has a very good texture as well as a very good smell but I feel that he needs more purity since in the distance he feels how to burn and that changes his taste a lot. This is not worth it being a good coffee.
