Worst experience ever the Immigration officer was so rude was not helpfully at all. Was there for 3 hours and missed my our flight they did not care that I had to get flight. Waited there for 2 hours for the Immigration officer to be so rude no respect For people. When I asked to speak to a manger no one came out. They have no Sense of urgency and no customer service. The guy Immigration officer is the worst. Instead of letting us know “ hey we Won’t have time to get this paper work done for you before your flight, We are very sorry.” Anything like that but instead they Ignored us and never came back. This is airport needs to be more organized.

Nice airport, they have a store where you can buy food and also a restaurant on site with typical Mexican food.

My family and I had a returned American Airline ( AA) flight to USA from SLP airport at 6:30 AM on 1/3/2022. We arrived at 4:00AM. AA agent at Ck in desk reported that my husband and son couldn’t get on flight due to their entry registration card. Due to Immigration agent putting 12 days and apparently the day of our flight was the 13th day. AA agent said we would have to talk to immigration. Immigration refused to talk to us until 9:00 am. AA gent said to come back at 6:30am after our original flight to book another flight. But Immigration said we needed to book another flight and go back to immigration to show the booking and they can extend the entry registration card. They just had us back and forth. All AA gents left at 6:00am and they didn’t return until 10:45am, and weren't the same AA who we spoke to earlier. They didn’t want to help they said we needed to book another flight online or by phone. Which we tried to call never got through due to five hours wait time. The AA agent also said they don’t book flights there at airport they only ck in, he said he didn’t know who we talked to before who gave us false information. Then he ask us and other people who were having same issues with AA to step aside and let the people who were there for their 1:00 flights to go through. I made a formal complaint with AA. The way the AA staff treated us at SLP airport blatantly lying making us go back and forth with immigration when they had no intention of helping us to return home. We returned back to our family and booked a bus instead to go home. I will never us SLP airport again.

Very nice airport very clean the people are very helpful ,all The Times that me and my wife have flown to Mexico we've always been treated right at that airport whether we're arriving or leaving it's small but we like it

Very nice airport with new facilities. Very clean although not much traffic due to the Covid-19 pandemic. No Lyft in the area and Uber is a bit scarse. Will cost about 300 pesos, 7.50 USD to get into San Louis Potosi. Overall nice airport. I look forward to returning.

If you’re flying internationally you need to be there at least 2 hours before your flight. We were turned away because we made it an hour before and had to spend the night there because the next available flight wasn’t until the next day at 5am. The people at the check in desk for American Airlines were not helpful at all and extremely rude and we were only given a phone number to try to change our flight. We’ve flown from this airport many times before and were always able to check in an hour before the flight.

Things for fellow travelers to remember is that Amex is not accepted because retailers don’t want to pay the higher fees. And, you must have a PRINTED boarding pass because immigration needs to stamp it. E-pass won’t work. If you know this, you won’t have problems.

WORST AIRPORT EVER !!!! Let’s start off saying the people here are no help with that being said THERES NEVER ANY PEOPLE !!! This is my second time here & it’s always the same situation like they don’t have the check in ready for anyone to check in , people miss their flights , & THERE ARE 26 check ins & only 4 people able to check in for literally different airlines . As of right now EVERYONE HERE CANNOT MAKE THERE FLIGHTS ! IF YOUR COMING HERE TO CATCH A FLIGHT ASK FOR EXTRA DAYS BECAUSE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE TO EXTEND YOUR STAY ?
