Pondría como punto de mejora la formalidad de sus entregas, mandé a hacer un mueble y quedaron mal en muchas ocasiones, nisiquiera te dan información ni te avisan si no te van a entregar el día que te dijeron, tuvimos que marcarles para preguntar todas las veces y las fechas acordadas no eran respetadas. Desconozco si es igual para muebles ya hechos, pero para mandarlos a hacer si resulta bastante problemático. Entiendo que en pedidos especiales pueden variar los tiempos pero deberían tener el respeto de notificarte.
The furniture is of excellent quality. I would put the formality of their deliveries as a point of improvement, I had a piece of furniture made and they were bad on many occasions, they do not even give you information or notify you if they will not deliver you on the day they told you, we had to mark them to ask every time and the agreed dates were not respected. I do not know if it is the same for ready-made furniture, but to have it made if it is quite problematic. I understand that in special orders the times may vary but they should have the respect to notify you.
