★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas a primera vista están muy lindas, una vez que las compras te salen un millón de detalles de construcción, funcionalidad y acabados básicos, en los que pasa una eternidad para que los resuelvan, todos se echan la pelota entre Home Desarrollos y los constructores y nadie soluciona o se tardan en hacerlo y lo hacen mal.
Una verdadera lastima para quienes ya las adquirimos y no podemos regresarlas, si pudiera lo haría sin dudar.
Ojo con la vivienda que van a comprar, primero que alguien de su confianza les de una revisada total para identificar si esta en las "óptimas condiciones" en las que dicen entregarlas.
Malísima compra y malísimo seguimiento post venta.
The houses at first glance are very beautiful, once you buy a million details of construction, functionality and basic finishes, in which it takes forever to solve them, everyone gets the ball between Home Desarrollos and the builders and nobody solves or it takes time to do it and they do it wrong.
A real shame for those of us who already acquired them and cannot return them, if I could I would without hesitation.
Be careful with the house that you are going to buy, firstly if someone you trust gives you a complete check to identify if it is in the "optimal conditions" in which they claim to deliver them.
Bad purchase and terrible post-sale follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son muy bonitas y está muy céntrica la ubicación, considero que es un precio justo y los espacios están geniales. El acceso al fraccionamiento tiene que mejorar poco a poco. Por otro lado, el proceso de venta es pésimo, la inmobiliaria tardan años en dar respuesta. En cuanto a la seguridad del fraccionamiento, este es un punto negativo, pues en las casas de alrededor se meten con facilidad los rateros y a la inmobiliaria no le interesa ni brinda apoyo de ningún tipo. Finalmente, al exterior queman basura diario y es es muy malo para quienes vivimos aquí.
The houses are very nice and the location is very central, I think it is a fair price and the spaces are great. Access to the subdivision has to improve little by little. On the other hand, the sale process is lousy, the real estate agency takes years to respond. As for the security of the subdivision, this is a negative point, since thieves easily get into the surrounding houses and the real estate is not interested in or provides support of any kind. Finally, outside they burn garbage every day and it is very bad for those of us who live here.
