 It has a good location, the houses are at an affordable price. The transport is good and every half an hour there are buses to the city, until now there has been no shortage of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento es bonito, es muy tranquilo & las casas son bonitas aunque pequeñas, sin embargo, sí no tienes coche, es poco conveniente vivir ahí. Ésta fuera de la ciudad, a 20 (en camión) de Xangari.
The subdivision is beautiful, it is very quiet & the houses are nice although small, however, if you do not have a car, it is not convenient to live there. This one out of town, 20 (by truck) from Xangari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya muy descontrolado, los conductores de motos no respetan ciclovias, los de autos los sentidos en las calles, los negocios tienen las banquetas y ciclovias invadidas y propician las condiciones para que ocurra un accidente.
Y peor aún aveces pasan patrullas y no hacen nada, los dueños de la constructora tampoco hacen lo que les corresponde, en fin, creo que empeorará.
Already very uncontrolled, motorcycle drivers do not respect bicycle lanes, car drivers do not respect the streets, businesses have invaded sidewalks and bicycle lanes and provide the conditions for an accident to occur.
And worse still, sometimes patrols pass by and do nothing, the owners of the construction company do not do their part either, in short, I think it will get worse.
