★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff, they are very friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The wifi sometimes doesn't work very well but that's okay. I ran a speed test for those who would like to know and usually when it worked it was at 2mbps, if that's important to you. Location is excellent walking distance to many restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boutique hotel is one of my favorites. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very nice and the staff is also very courteous. Breakfast comes with your reservation. Very secure situated on Calle Juarez surrounded be artisan shops of all kinds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the style of this hotel, unfortunately i had the worst experience one can have at a hotel.. the beds were infested with BED BUGS!!!! I'm still suffering the consequences of the bites from the bed bugs. The only thing the hotel manager did was gove me spray to spray my luggage so i wouldn't take them with me! Never offered anything to treat my bites or any type of compensation for this horrible experience! I have bites all over both my arms and face! This was such a disappointment from this cute hotel. Left with the worst taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique, small and safe hotel. I've worked months in the city and I always grab a room here when I can. The neighborhood is the best you'll find for an authentic feel of Guadalajara. Walking distance to a small gym, nightlife and some of the best food I've had in Mexico. Staff treats you like family, highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is 4.50 in the morning right now and I have to spend the next 16 hours in airports and aeroplanes. The hotel does not provide a fridge, microwave or coffee machine in the room. And they have no provisions for guests to get any beverage anywhere on the property.
A very nice receptionist at check-in had already showed me where their microwave was and said I can use it.
But this guy called Louis began harassing me just now because I went to heat a cup of water in the microwave.
This kind of insanely rude behavior over a cup of hot water I have never encountered in my life before.
If customer service is a thing, then this hotel deserves less than 1 star. Holding guests hostage at dawn, when they have no other way of getting some hot water, is ridiculous.
