★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando reclame los detalles que tenia mi auto despues de qué lo arreglaron se mostraron molestos conmigo por la las observaciones, les deje mi auto a reparar nuevamente y medio le arreglaron esos detalles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo... ya es acostumbrado el mal servicio de un taller, este no está demás... cree que porque esta direccionado por el seguro, tienes que estar a sus condiciones... en la foto publicada es del supuesto jefe de taller. El cual aparte de atender pésimamente, creyó que estaba a su disposición entera en cuanto la reparación de mi auto, incluso amenazando de la negación de la reparación de mi auto, como si dependiera de el... al negar sus condiciones! PESIMO SERVICIO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En primer lugar, la atención de la persona que aparece en las fotos en los demás comentarios es pésima, soberbia, apática y carente de actitud de servicio. Segundo en mi experiencia por un golpe sencillo querían cambiarme toda la puerta. Además de que debes estar en lista de espera para que lleguen las piezas "originales" entonces mientras tanto debes esperar mucho con tu golpe.
Si hubiera la opción de no dar alguna estrella lo haría con este establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué al taller por asignación de mi seguro después se un siniestro. Mi experiencia fue excelente, y el auto queedo muy bien reparado en lo mecánico, eléctrico, electrónico y exteriores. El servicio y atención de los supervisores, personal y el mismo gerente general es directo y en mi caso, extraordinario. Muy buena actitud para atender detalles, y buena garantía de servicio post reparación.espero no tener otra siniestro, pero pata tema de hojalateria, pintura y colisiones, recomiendo este taller.
