★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, tended by the Italian owner Laura. The pastries, tiramisu, chocolate cake, lemon pie incredible. European style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy parking, great service. If you go to chetumal it should be a place to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dined here with a professional chef who specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, and I grew up in an Italian area of the US.
I wish I had a nicer way to say this, but the food here was absolutely terrible, and the service was equally bad. We never received one of the entrees we ordered (no acknowledgement or apology even when we asked if it was coming and it was clear that it had been forgotten) and we left most of the other food less than half-eaten because it was so bland and unappealing.
The restaurant's decor and vibe is cute and appealing, but the positives start and end there. I know good options are sparse in Chetumal, but even with that low bar, this is not one of your better choices.

If what you want is not on the menu the lady owner will prepare if she can.
Small but quaint.
She makes all the pastries an they are wonderful.
Prices are very reasonable.
