D	Diana Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima primero me atendió una muchacha y me dejó botada después me atendió un joven pero como si tuviera prisa y para pagar no había nadie en caja, tuve que esperar a que me quisieran cobrar. The service is terrible, first a girl took care of me and left me dumped then a young man took care of me but as if I was in a hurry and there was no one at the checkout to pay, I had to wait for them to want to charge me.
B	Bety Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como establecimiento es muy bueno, porque tiene una variedad extensa de estambres e hilos de todo tipo, además de que maneja buenos precios, sin embargo los empleados dejan mucho que desear porque siempre les pesa tener que atenderte y lo hacen de mala manera, además no te asesoran cuando tienes dudas, sino que te responden con un 'si', 'no' o 'no sé' y no te sacan de la duda realmente. As an establishment it is very good, because it has an extensive variety of yarns and threads of all kinds, besides that it handles good prices, however the employees leave a lot to be desired because they always have to pay attention to you and do it in a bad way, besides not They advise you when you have doubts, but they respond with a 'yes', 'no' or 'I do not know' and do not really get you out of doubt.
J	Javo Cuéllar S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calificar el lugar como lo que es le doy un 10 ya que mi madre compra sus estambres y hay un inmenso surtido !!! la verdad es en su genero la mejor tienda en todo puebla, tanto surtido como precios son muy buenos.... el punto muy negativo es su personal es nefasto, lamentablemente la 1 vez vi esos comentarios dude en llevar a mi madre a comprar ahi pero por suerte hablamos y nos contesto una señorita muy educada llamada ANITA al parecer es la que responde, al llegar y preguntar por ella no estaba pero nos atendio otra persona bellisima llamada srta mayra no se si sea la dueña o hija de la dueña pero es bastante educada y atenta y cada que vamos nos atiende de maravilla !!! y procuramos ir cuando este ella si no la verdad no vamos,un 10 la verdad..... pero si los empleados en general muy holgazanes, groceros y malumorados !!! NO DUDEN en ir a comprar en verdad vayan a lo que van y no es mal plan pero a los empleados hablenles como lo que son y punto... quizá mal consejo pero es que así son ellos... NO duden en ir al mundo de los estambres tal como mi mami le puse al lugar =) To rate the place as what it is, I give it a 10 since my mother buys its stamens and there is a huge assortment !!! The truth is in its genre the best store in all of Puebla, both assortment and prices are very good .... the very negative point is its staff is disastrous, unfortunately the 1st time I saw those comments, I hesitate to take my mother to buy there But luckily we talked and a very polite lady called ANITA answered us, apparently she is the one who answers, when we arrived and asked for her she was not there but another beautiful person called Miss Mayra attended us, I do not know if she is the owner or daughter of the owner but it is Quite polite and attentive and every time we go she takes great care of us !!! and we try to go when she is, if not the truth we do not go, a 10 the truth ..... but if the employees in general are very lazy, rude and ill-tempered !!! DO NOT HESITATE to go shopping, really go to what they are going and it is not a bad plan but to the employees talk about what they are and period ... maybe bad advice but that's how they are ... DON'T hesitate to go to the world of the stamens as my mommy put the place =)

El problema que últimamente les falta surtir varios colores en estambres. I really like the attention of the staff, they are very patient to attend to, they show me different options of what I am looking for.
