Siguen sin dar respuesta, ya les hice el pago para que vayan a revisar el horno y ahora no me contestan los correos ni el teléfono

No hemos recibido nuestro producto después de más de 2 semanas. Nos argumentaron que recibíamos un día en específico y nos los han ido recorriendo sin cumplir, no te envían los manuales, no te envían la factura. Sólo venden y se olvidan.
Hice saber mi inconformidad y se indignan.
¿Dónde puedo resolverlo?
Terrible service.
We have not received our product after more than 2 weeks. They argued that we received a specific day and they have been going through them without complying, they do not send you the manuals, they do not send you the invoice. They just sell and forget.
I made my disagreement known and they were outraged.
Where can I solve it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es pésimo, llevo semanas esperando un reembolso, no cumplen con la fecha de entrega de equipos y cuando entregan no están completos, el servicio Post venta es nulo. Prometen cosas que no cumplen. Si quieren evitar corajes vayan a otras tiendas de equipos que al fin hay muchas más y con mejor atención.
Their service is terrible, I have been waiting for a refund for weeks, they do not meet the equipment delivery date and when they deliver they are not complete, the Post-sale service is null. They promise things that they don't deliver. If you want to avoid anger, go to other equipment stores that in the end there are many more and with better attention.
