★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de caseta es muy grosera y prepotente. El guardia al querer pasar me alzó la voz y empezó a manotear de , gritando ¡No, no,no! Ya se imaginarán que me sorprendió su actitud ya que pareciera que me estaba robando algo. Si hubo un problema en lo que hice (entrar caminando por el estacionamiento por la rampa) porque me equivoqué, no hay problema, solo es cuestión de que me indique de la manera adecuada y respetuosa. Soy paciente frecuente y nunca me había pasado tan desagradable experiencia. Deberían de poner más atención al proveedor de guardias de seguridad porque por ello están afectando su reputación como centro médico. Contraten a alguien que corresponda a un centro de prestigio como lo son ustedes.
The booth staff is very rude and pushy. When the guard wanted to pass, he raised his voice to me and began to clap his hands, yelling No, no, no! You can imagine that I was surprised by his attitude since it seemed that he was stealing something from me. If there was a problem in what I did (walk through the parking lot on the ramp) because I made a mistake, no problem, it is just a matter of indicating me in the proper and respectful way. I am a frequent patient and I have never had such an unpleasant experience. They should pay more attention to the security guard provider because by doing so they are affecting their reputation as a medical facility. Hire someone who corresponds to a prestigious center like you are.
