Terrible lugar mi hermana fue el día jueves y le encargue una crema aqualia thermal ligera y la vendedora se aprovechó al ver que mi hermana traía mucha prisa y le ofreció una crema con el mismo nombre y le dijo que como la caja venía maltratada le haría un descuento, ese mismo día mi hermana me la entregó y cuando la vi note que era distinta a la que yo le había encargado y al examinar la caja y la crema por fuera note que la fecha de caducidad había sido borrado de la caja y del envase pero al ver con detenimiento se notaba que la fecha de caducidad era de agosto 2019!!! Cuando voy a regresarla le comento a la vendedora y ella abre la crema y me dice que le falta una tapita delgada que lleva como de protección y al yo observarla la crema parecía usada!!! Cuando yo nunca abrí el envase porque me di cuenta que me vendieron algo caducado, osea que no solo me vendieron algo caducado si no usado!!!! Y todavía la vendedora me dice que no me puede regresar el efectivo porque la dueña así lo dice y que solo lo podía cambiar por otra cosa cuando obviamente yo ya no quería nada de ese lugar porque si se atreven hacer eso descaradamente quién sabe cómo esté todo lo que venden pero pues no me quedo de otra y lo tuve que cambiar por otro producto! Terrible place my sister went on Thursday and I ordered a light thermal aqualia cream and the saleswoman took advantage of seeing that my sister was in a hurry and offered a cream with the same name and told her that since the box came battered she would make a discount, that same day my sister handed it to me and when I saw her I noticed that it was different from the one I had ordered and when examining the box and the cream on the outside I noticed that the expiration date had been erased from the box and the container but when you look carefully you could see that the expiration date was August 2019 !!! When I am going to return it, I tell the seller and she opens the cream and tells me that she is missing a thin cover that she wears as a protection and to observe her the cream seemed used! When I never opened the container because I realized that they sold me something expired, I mean that they not only sold me something expired if not used !!!! And the seller still tells me that I can't return the cash because the owner says so and that I could only change it for something else when obviously I didn't want anything from that place because if they dare to do that blatantly who knows how everything is what they sell but I do not stay for another and I had to change it for another product! I put photos of evidence !!!
