1. Desde que llegamos explicamos que el paciente tenía piedras en el riñón y le hicieron estudios de todo menos de eso, hasta una tomografía le hicieron.
2- Después de varios estudios indicando que parecía otra cosa, al final apareció el médico internista y dijo "ah entonces si es el riñon", nos preguntó si la pasaríamos a piso, le dijimos que no, y nos dijo que le iba a poner un medicamento para poder salir, pero el de admisiones decidió que ya no, porque no la íbamos a dejar, la doctora dijo que los de admisiones son los que "mandan" no ellos, lo que me hace dudar más de su poca ética.
3. Nos hicieron firmar el alta voluntaria indicando que en un momento salía el médico para indicarnos que procedía con los cuidados y con la receta, nunca salió.
4. Al externar la molestia, se negaron a entregarnos la receta.
5. Quise ver el expediente clínico y la doctora me lo negó, indicando que no es legal enseñarlo.
6. Te hacen pagar la comisión de la tarjeta y si es amex es más dinero.
7. El hospital está súper feo y la higiene no es la adecuada ya que dejan a los pacientes con su propia ropa, no les ponen batas, incluso los dejan con zapatos.

3. They made us sign the voluntary discharge indicating that at one point the doctor would leave to tell us that he was proceeding with the care and with the prescription, he never left.
4. When expressing the annoyance, they refused to give us the prescription.
5. I wanted to see the medical record and the doctor denied it, stating that it is not legal to show it.
6. They make you pay the commission of the card and if it is amex it is more money.
7. The hospital is super ugly and the hygiene is not adequate since they leave patients with their own clothes, they do not put gowns on them, they even leave them with shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una clínica que cuenta con especialistas, pero la verdad no me agrada mucho lo descuidado y viejo del lugar. En mi cita el especialista no fue de todo mi agrado y satisfacción. No hay estacionamiento pero puedes dejarlo sobre la calle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguna vez fue un buen lugar pero ya no más. Me cobraron la consulta por adelantado para ni siquiera dignarse a revisar a mi mamá en consultorio. Iba por una INFECCIÓN EN VÍAS URINARIAS con fiebre y una enfermera gorda y un poco histérica le pidió al médico NO pasar a mi mamá, la medio reviso en el coche y le diagnosticó SEPSIS!!!! SIN REVISARLA!!! Indicaron ir a otro hospital.
Perdimos tiempo valioso, dinero y las esperanzas de que este lugar hubiera mejorado su atención. En un hospital público de entrada confirmaron que sí era una infección de vias urinarias y calificaron de pésimo el no haberle suministrado al menos algo para la fiebre y dolor.
Si van a revisión aquí POR FAVOR NO VAYAN ENFERMOS, porque no los van a atender. Si van sanos obvio que si y les cobrarán alegremente.
It was once a good place but not anymore. They charged me for the consultation in advance for not even deigning to see my mother in the office. I was going for a URINARY TRACT INFECTION with a fever and a fat and a little hysterical nurse asked the doctor NOT to pass my mom, he half checked her in the car and diagnosed her with SEPSIS!!!! NO REVIEW!!! They indicated to go to another hospital.
We wasted valuable time, money, and hope that this place would have improved your care. In a public hospital at the entrance they confirmed that it was a urinary tract infection and they described as dismal not having given him at least something for the fever and pain.
If you go to review here PLEASE DO NOT GO SICK, because they will not attend to you. If they are healthy obviously yes and they will charge them happily.
