★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable el servicio que se da en este Sanatorio, a mi esposa le iban a practicar unos estudios de Audiometria los cuales estaban agendados a las 2 pm y subsecuente la cita con el especialista a las 2:45 pm, el medico responsable de dichos estudios nunca lllego a su hora, las recepcionistas jamas te dan informacion de nada, hasta caras te ponen, pareciera peor que el IMSS, es una pena que se juegue con el tiempo de las personas y que nosotros como pacientes si hacemos un esfuerzo por llegar temprano y a los "disque medicos" no sean profesionales, asco de sanatorio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima clínica me atendió un doctor y me dio recete de otro me di cuenta al revisar en doctoralia el nombre del médico que aparecía en la receta y correspondía a un doctor de edad de más de 50 cuando el que me atendió tenía 35 años lo pensaría dos veces para regresar a esa clínica no puede ser que permitan este tipo de cosas .En teoría pague por un neumólogo y no se ni quien me atendió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor Edgar Novelo es una persona altanera, grosera y sin la más mínima consideración con sus pacientes. Parece que solo quiere sacar el dinero. No me hizo efectos los medicamentos que me mandó y cuando fui a darle seguimiento por mandarme hacer un estudio me quiso cobrar como si fuera una consulta completa!!!!! BUSQUEN OTRO LUGAR!!
Dr. Edgar Novelo is a haughty person, rude and without the slightest consideration for his patients. It seems he just wants to get the money. The medicines he sent me did not have any effect on me and when I went to follow him up for sending me a study, he wanted to charge me as if it were a complete consultation !!!!! LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr Arcaute pide pago en efectivo en cirugías y consultas, con este tipo de pago no puedes hacer deducible ante hacienda los gastos médicos, aparte pide 2 consultas por semana posteriores a la cirugía, he llevado a mi hijo por mes y una semana, y al regresar a clases y trabajo presencial quise explicar que no podía por cuestiones de trabajo por los horarios y se porto muy grosero

Los estudios de Audiometría fueron rápidos y el doctor fue muy puntual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención médica, por partes de médicos militares dónde se encuentran oftalmologos, otorrinolaringologos, dermatologos, internistas y nutriologos, ortopedistas, en fin diversas especialidades dónde quedas muy satisfech@ con los servicios, ya qué tanto los médicos, como el personal de enfermería y las recepcionistas Irma y Luzma son excelentes personas y muy atentas. Hay horarios diversos pero seguro alguno será el mejor para tu atención. Tiene un estacionamiento reducido, servicios ? muy limpios y rampas para acceso en sillas de ruedas. Y equipo de emergencia y salidas de emergencia bien señalizadas y amplias.
