★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo negocio, cobran hasta el aire que se respira, sin embargo no es tan caro como otros hospitales privados y la atención del personal no demerita en nada con los más costosos, es muy humana y eficiente. Me siento muy satisfecha por el trato otorgado a mi paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único rescatable en este sanatorio son sus enfermeros de terapia intensiva que dieron un buen trato a nuestra paciente, pero tanto las cajeras dan mala atención y quieren cobrar de más como la atención de doctores es muy deplorable, además de que te dan un costo al ingresar y ya después es otro costo mucho más elevado. Checando los estados de cuenta cargaban cosas de más y exageran en los costos de medicamentos.
Me gustaría recalcar el excelente trabajo de un supervisor de enfermeros, se llama Rodrigo y es muy amable y te apoya en todo, muy recomendable buscar su amistad y apoyo.
The only redeemable thing in this sanatorium are its intensive care nurses who gave our patient a good treatment, but both the cashiers give bad care and want to overcharge as well as the care of doctors is very deplorable, in addition to giving you a cost to enter and then it is another much higher cost. Checking the bank statements they overloaded things and exaggerated the costs of drugs.

Increíble su falta de ética, es ponerse en manos de depredadores, ávidos de dinero, no les importa en absoluto la salud y recuperación de pacientes, sólo les importa el dinero, mal muy mal.
As the staff is not attentive, the nurses take a long time to attend, for an emergency only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de enfermería muy amable. Sin embargo note la cuenta alterada x cargos a la cuenta de farmacia que no se hicieron. Lamentablemente siempre existen este tipo de situaciones tratandose de la salud. Y el personal de cajas fatal. Cero amable.
Very friendly nursing staff. However note the altered account x charges to the pharmacy account that were not made. Unfortunately, these types of situations always exist when it comes to health. And the fatal box staff. Zero friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de admisión te trata como te ve acudimos y dimos nuestros datos y dijeron entre las señoritas ahí que éramos de rancho y que el doctor que traimos que el no era competente para la cirugía requerida siendo que el doctor ya había dejado instrucciones, muy mal trato por parte de admisión siendo la encargada de esa área denigrar así a las personas está muy mal dónde queda lo que dice en su sitio web " trato muy humanitario"

Casi perdemos a mi papa pero solo porque los doctores solo saben cobrar pero nada de cuidado intensivo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can rate them 5 stars because the intensive care is awesome doctors as well, but as soon as the patient goes in they are already charging you a big amount of money and yet they haven’t even asked why the patient is there, then you pay ten thousand and 2 hours later you already owe fourth thousand pesos and they don’t even let you know what they are doing to the patient but the money keeps increasing and you ask them for an estimate and yet the cashiers don’t know anything, I don’t recommend it at all
