★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención médica es muy buena, pero la atención en recepción es muy mala, cuando fui la recepción parecía mercado, niños gritando corriendo mucho ruido para ser un sanatorio....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me comentaron lo mismo que la opinión de Ana, dicen que la médica está tomando unas placas y que no saben cuánto tardará, lo más extraño y poco ético es que recomienden ir a otras clínicas ?, y al parecer nos hacen un enorme favor, uno termina en clínicas con un alto grado de ética y profesionalismo... Muy mala actitud de la recepcionista, aparte está sucia la sala de espera ? y con muy poca luz...

No recomiendo
Terrible attention from the nurses plus those on the morning shift. They make you expensive and take a long time to put you on the medicine. As is forgotten. Of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA NOS ATENDIERON, nos hicieron esperar más de 1 hora, y desde de ese tiempo nos dijeron que el Médico estaba tomando unas placas , y que demoraría, (dicho por la secretaría) . Después preguntamos en tiempo promedio de espera y muy grosera dijo que no sabía, le reiteramos q nos dijera un tiempo estimado, y de manera displicente dijo: igual y más de 40 minutos. ? tuvimos que buscar otra clínica.

Then we asked about the average waiting time and very rude she said she did not know, we reiterated that she told us an estimated time, and in a cavalier way she said: the same and more than 40 minutes. ? we had to find another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca tienen nada, tenía una emergencia con mi embarazo y no tenían ultrasonido, mi esposo se sentía mal y que no había quien lo atendiera las personas que contestan lo hacen de mala manera deberían de cerrar el lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nada lo recomiendo... Saque cita el día sábado para otorrino y hoy que me presento.. nunca llegó la doctora después que se le complicó llegar... Que si quería esperara 1 hr más ... Nefasto el servicio!!!
