We were there in June 2020, out of date with breastfeeding, the lousy anesthesiologist, at the reception or to answer the phone they agree, the cleaning lady is rude. The outstanding thing to give them 3 stars and not 1, is Doctor Blaz, an on-call doctor (I don't remember his name), the occasional friendly nurse, the food they offer and "moderately" the cleanliness.

It is a TERRIBLE place !! NEGLIGENT DOCTORS !! THEY DIAGNOSE WITHOUT REVIEWING THE PATIENT AS IT SHOULD BE, THEY ONLY INVENT IT !! And the Woman who "Attend to the Urgencies" (I can't tell you Dra, because for her way of Diagnosing, DOESN'T AMERIT THE TITLE OF DOCTOR) .... The woman gave me HORRIBLE TREATMENT, telling me that how I determined that it was High pressure but I knew it (my answer was: Because I know the symptoms) ... I took my blood pressure and said that I did NOT have it High ... they did the sugar test and it came out 90 (I don't know if it's normal) ... questions that have nothing to do with a medical consultation ... He began to talk with his nurse to see what medicine he was going to give me ... His "Diagnosis" Was Doubtful ... EXPENSIVE CONSULTATION AND INVENTED MEDICINES !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SANATORIO GUADALUPE, BECAUSE IF YOU ALREADY FEEL BAD ... THE DOCTORS WILL MAKE YOU EVEN TO DIE OF ANGRY IN ADDITION TO YOUR TERRIBLE NEGLIGENCE !! ................... In my previous consultation they told me that they practiced humanized deliveries and cesarean sections, they told me that at birth they would put my baby on my chest skin to skin and that after cleaning and checking it they would take it to my husband so that he would also make a skin to skin, and that was one of several reasons that encouraged us to have the baby in the Sanatorium, but unfortunately in practice it was not like that, I was relieved by cesarean section and when I heard her cry I thought they would put it on my chest but it took about 5 minutes and no one approached me, after a while they showed it to me only from a distance and they told me that everything was fine, they took her away without saying more and I never had that contact, I felt very sad, and later I found out that my baby did not have that skin to skin with his dad, they just bathed her and immediately went to nurseries. The Sanatorium was recommended to us a lot by a friend and yes, honestly most of the nurses are very kind and pleasant, the doctors are very friendly and explain everything very well, my experience with the cesarean section was very good, I was very scared and the epidural It was quick and painless, the surgery was quick and my fear and anxiety got under control. My experience was good in terms of surgery in fact very good. Only apart from skin to skin, I was struck by the fact that I left surgery at 12:00 noon and no doctor came to the room to see us or my baby to check us or explain us until 24 hours later, and the nurses who they were quite nice they took a while to anger we took signs which is also a common practice. Besides, I had a small infection in the wound and one of the doctors prescribed an antibiotic that days later I learned that it was contraindicated with breastfeeding. It's good and inexpensive place and some very nice employees. . And if I would return, perhaps but previously reviewing or clarifying those details about all skin-to-skin that was extremely important to me. P. D: As a separate comment, I would recommend modifying the space where the companion sleeps, it is very, very uncomfortable and small and I think that person who takes care of us and supports us would not have to suffer to rest a little.

In general, the place is a private but economical service that is just passing through, I have to comment that its receptionist, a blonde, lacks tact to treat patients, they should consider the option of putting some on their staff that make you feel a pleasant environment and that at least notifies you when they are going to pass you and not leave you there waiting the hours in which a nurse is free. Last week I went again because I had to give myself an injection and the nurses had already changed in the afternoon and the receptionist with short hair treated me very kindly and the service of the nurse (I don't know her name) I only know what she uses glasses and is tall and thin, she treated me very well, so if you need a service, my recommendation would be to go in the afternoon. Otherwise cleaning and costs are highly recommended.
