Pero en cambio las enfermeras del turno de la noche que en su momento eran dos pesimo servicio, muy despotas mi familiar se quedo un momento sola y la operaron de la pierna y no puede hacer esfuerzos pidio ayudar para ir al baño y ni siquiera eso hicieron ademas que la engañaron que podia pedir alimento a una cierta hora cuando a esa hora dejan de dar servicio. Hay maneras para dar un trabajo y tener trato con el paciente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dieron atención a mi bebe, pregunten antes de entrar. las que dan informes son muy groseras y los precios no son muy claros. No muestran cedulas profesionales asi que no sabemos quienes están atendiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad yo no lo recomiendo. Mi mamá tuvo un problema gástrico y después de muchos estudios que le realizaron no supieron darnos un diagnóstico. El Dr. Luis, dijo que tenían que abrirla para saber que era. El internista nos dijo que no recomendaba operarla ahí porque no tienen los suficientes aparatos para tratarla, de hecho nos dijo que solo le quedaban 24 horas de vida a mi mamá. Pedimos una ambulancia para transladarla al IMSS, después de pagar una mega cuenta exagerada por dos días. Esto fue en 20 de septiembre del 2021 y estamos a enero del 2022 y mi mami sigue con nosotros, gracias a DIOS. Aveces pensamos que por ser hospitales privados les darán mejor atención a nuestras familias, lo únicos que nos llevamos son decepciones de personas insensibles, que estudiaron para salvar personas y no tienen la menor educación ni empatía de tratar a un enfermo y mucho menos a un familiar. yo no les daría ni una estrella, pero la pagina no deja avanzar si no les pones a menos una estrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, yo como muchas personas creemos que por ser hospital "privado" será mejor la atención pero es como ir al ISSSTE, los tiempos de espera son muy largos, no tienen la atención con el paciente, las recepcionistas distraídas siempre platicando con alguien y los "doctores" no saben diagnosticar ni mucho menos tener la atención hacia el paciente, de verdad no vayan! A parte de que no tienen medidas sanitarias por el COVID pueda resultar en algo peor para su familiar
