★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para se 24/7 tienen muy mal sentido de los números, en este momento tienen a un señor de la tercera edad esperando atención por accidente automovilístico y le dijeron que ya no porque era cambio de turno y que esperara al siguiente médico, eso desde las 6:50 y el doctor va llegando y la recepcionista igual, súper deficiente y falta de profesionalismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanatorio pequeño que tiene convenios con varios doctores reconocidos en Toluca, los precios de hospitalizacion son muy accesibles y las instalaciones son cómodas y suficientes.
El personal del filtro de entrada y recepción son atentos y la atención es relativamente rápida, el punto a mejorar es con el área de Enfermería, en ocasiones son muy descorteces y carecen de tacto con sus pacientes.
Small sanatorium that has agreements with several recognized doctors in Toluca, the prices of hospitalization are very accessible and the facilities are comfortable and sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me operaron en este sanatorio el 24 de febrero y la enfermera que me colocó la sonda, me dejó una gasa adentro, la cual estuvo allí por 6 semanas. Obviamente me quejé con el médico que realizó la cirujía y dijo que es total responsabilidad de la enfermera que colocó la sonda. Además, el hospital dió un costo inicial y al final cobraron $5,000 pesos más y todo por un procedimiento mal hecho que puso mi salud en riesgo.
I had an operation in this sanatorium on February 24 and the nurse who placed the catheter left a gauze pad inside, which was there for 6 weeks. Obviously I complained to the doctor who performed the surgery and he said that it is entirely the responsibility of the nurse who placed the tube. In addition, the hospital gave an initial cost and in the end they charged $5,000 pesos more and all for a poorly done procedure that put my health at risk.
