★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hospital era bueno hace algún tiempo, pero han cambiado médicos muy seguido y al parecer a los nuevos les hace falta experiencia.
Yo acudí por un fuerte dolor en el abdomen de verdad me iba muriendo, y el doctor que me atendió me dijo que era obstrucción intestinal.
Me dio la receta con los medicamentos que según él eran los indicados.,
4 horas después acudí a otro hospital y me operaron de urgencia
Porque era apendicitis aguda ☹️
No se debe ni puede jugar así con la vida de las personas, ojalá tengan cuidado con los médicos que contratan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, te realizan un cobro al final sin avisar por material de curación de 247.00 mas iva, el cual esta compuesto por cubrebocas desechable, gorro desechable guantes y bata también desechable, el medico que me atendió fue Adolfo Ramírez, nadie puede darte informes de como ingresar una reclamación, el responsable medico es el Dr.Jesus García Chavez el cual funge como director, pero no cuenta con mail para poder hacerle llegar sugerencias o quejas de su equipo de trabajo, tampoco tiene número telefónico y en teoría las personas que resuelven son las Madres, las cuales tampoco tienen nombre, la atención es pésima para una consulta de 10 min con por 680.00 pesos,

Entré a urgencias, y al momento de solicitar la factura me reflejan estudios de los cuales no me compartieron el resultado ni me pueden decir en qué consisten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me operaron el domingo 8 de mayo, me dan de alta el lunes a las 11:00 de la mañana, pido factura.
Estamos a 12 de mayo y nadie me resuelve el porque no me han enviado la factura.
Todos se echan la bolita.
Tendré que poner una queja en el SAT por incumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales.

Médicos. Son pasantes muy jóvenes que se asquean de las fístulas o de ganglios axilares inflamados. Mandan medicamentos para el dolor pero nunca dan atención real a los males que te aquejan. Ojalá les hagan una inspección. Pésimo

Fui operada en este hospital,de una reconstrucción de tendón de Aquiles soy trabajadora de área de salud, y aunque es un Hospital Módico y muy accesible económicamente (lo cual le aplaudo), a mi parecer la atención del personal de enfermería fue exelente, lo cual se les agradezco y Felicito, el Quirófano, cumple con todas los normas de limpieza y seguridad y me sentí muy segura. El personal de la entrada que son los policías que la hacen de camilleros súper atentos y hempsticos. El perooo empezó cuando me tenían otorgar la hoja de alta la cuál NO la otorgaron y solo me dieron una constancia de alta, y la factura por Dios la mandaron hasta que se les pegó su gana, la recepcionista poco atenta por lo menos la de la mañana atendió a mi esposo hasta k después de 30 minutos termino de hacer su lamada, con todo esto lo bueno se perdió y les brinco todooooo!!!! Lo malo, ojalá mejoren por que considero son un buen Hispital que otorgan un buen servicio de atención, ojalá esto sirva para mejorar

I was operated on in this hospital, an Achilles tendon reconstruction, I am a health worker, and although it is a Moderate Hospital and very economically accessible (which I applaud), in my opinion, the care of the Nursing staff was excellent, for which I thank them and Felicito, the Operating Room, complies with all standards of cleanliness and safety and I felt very safe. The staff at the entrance, who are the policemen who act as super attentive and hempistic stretcher bearers. The butoo began when they had to grant me the discharge sheet which they did NOT grant and they only gave me a record of discharge, and the invoice for God's sake they sent it until they felt like it, the receptionist was not very attentive at least the one from the morning he attended my husband until after 30 minutes he finished making his call, with all this the good was lost and he jumped all over it!!!! The bad, I hope they improve because I consider they are a good Hispital that provide good customer service, I hope this serves to improve
