★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que el laboratorio es 24 HRS, confirmado vía telefónica antes de ir, llegando cierran la puerta del laboratorio (se fueron a comer?, ya se fueron?, fueron casi una hora al baño?) nadie sabe, ni los de la recepción ni el personal alrededor. Solo dicen "deben estar ahí toque", no hay indicativos, etc. Qué servicio al cliente más chafa, no vayan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mayo 2021 el señor de la recepción me dijo que no hay servicio de urgencias, no importa si el paciente llega en ambulancia se tiene que venir directamente a ver a algún médico y la ambulancia se espera con el paciente arriba hasta que el doctor llegué, si se requiere la hospitalización primero te deben hacer una prueba "Rápida" de Covid la cual tarda hasta 40 minutos, por lo que para liberar una ambulancia ( que se necesita para atender otras urgencias) se pueden tardar hasta 3 horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo en absoluto este lugar, puse una estrella solo para poder dejar mi opinión, pero es lamentable que siendo un lugar de religiosas te saquen dinero hasta por respirar, nadie da la cara, nadie te hace aclaraciones, a nadie puedes reclamar porque salen con que cada servicio es independiente, asi como banco de sangre, laboratorio, farmacia, etc. Incluso en farmacia hay medicamentos que se cobran de manera independiente. Es una sacadera de dinero por todo y, no se diga, el trato de las enfermeras es pésimo, son groseras, bruscas, irrespetuosas. Es una cueva de ladrones, lucran con la salud de manera abusiva. Aqui solo los ricos tienen derecho a la vida. Las instalaciones tampoco son buenas. Mala experiencia para mi familia.

Enfermeras horribles sin vocación de servicio, gente sin nada de compasión, cobros excesivos por un servicio deficiente, hasta por una caja de cartón te hacen firmar un vale de caja.... Llegamos ahí por recomendación del doctor pero es un verdadero asco !!! Eviten caer ahí !!!

Para salir o solicitar facturas pueden tardar horas
