Thank God today my sister Sara Saxara returns to her home still convalescing but out of danger, thanks to the doctors and nurses of the Santa Teresa Sanatorium who behaved wonderfully and provided exceptional care at every minute, full of professionalism and humanity. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola. Solo quiero compartirles mi experiencia en este lugar. La atención y el servicio son excelentes al ser un hospital pequeño tiene muy buen trato humano.
Sin embargo mi calificación es debido a la seguridad e higiene que se tiene en el lugar, y el protocolo para manejo de pequeñas incidencias. La habitación de mi paciente nos encontramos que el sillón tenía chinches bastante grandes, y fueron varias, cosa que obviamente nos desagrado y más que eso nos hizo pensar en los protocolos de limpieza que dejan mucho que desear.
Un segundo error en el manejo de está incidencia fue que para el sanatorio sólo basto una "bolsa grande para cubrir el sillón" y hasta el día siguiente nos cambiaron el sillón en lugar de cambiarnos de habitación, ya que estaba infestada de dichos insectos.
El sanatorio sólo nos pidió escribir "una queja" en un formato que ellos mismos emiten y solo ellos sabrán el final de dicho escrito.
Así que si utilizas sus servicios, asegúrate que la habitación que te asignen esté limpia y desinfectada.

Hello. I just want to share my experience in this place. The attention and service are excellent, being a small hospital, it has very good human treatment.
However, my rating is due to the safety and hygiene that exists in the place, and the protocol for handling small incidents. In my patient's room we found that the chair had quite large bedbugs, and there were several, which obviously displeased us and more than that, it made us think about the cleaning protocols that leave much to be desired.
A second error in the handling of this incident was that for the sanatorium only a "large bag to cover the chair" was enough and until the next day they changed our chair instead of moving us to another room, since it was infested with said insects.
The sanatorium only asked us to write "a complaint" in a format that they themselves issue and only they will know the end of said writing.
So if you use their services, make sure that the room assigned to you is clean and disinfected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sanatorio me parece bueno en general. Las enfermeras Cristina y Blanca, son excelentes. Algunas enfermeras de la noche tienen sus deficiencias en atención. Una cosa que no me gusto en mi última estancia fue que los alimentos ya no estan con la misma calidad de cuando estaba Nube. Al salir no me dieron el formato de calidad de servicio de enfermería.
