Yo creo que aprovechan, sobretodo en estos momentos de la pandemia para sacar dinero, porque ademas de eso, Mi Papá que EPD , jamas tuvu mejoria en ese hospital, estuvo 10 dias y el Doctor solo nos decia desde el primer dia que estaba estable, pero eso era bueno, porque por lo menos no retrocedia, entonces de que servian sus mugrosas medicinas, nunca dieron un solo dia de mejoria, que paso ? Doctores ineptos, que no supieron quitarle la enfermedad a Mi Papá, y solo sabian cobrar $$$$$$$$, bien desepcionante ?

El peor servicio que puede ofrecer una institución médica, prácticamente nos asaltaron aprovechándose de que mi madre presentaba el covid 19, nos solicitaron 100 mil pesos de adelanto y en medio de la atención le sacaron el oxígeno porque decían que estábamos debiendo, a pesar que aún no le daban de alta y habíamos adelantado más del 50%, ya que la cuenta total salió más de 173000 pesosy solo por 6 días de "atención", tuvimos que adelantarles 20 mil pesos para que le coloquen otra vez el oxígeno, porque sino mi madre se moría, luego mi madre necesitaba una píldora para la presión y no se la dieron, porque ya habíamos liquidado la cuenta y ya estaba cerrada, la dejaron que nos las lleváramos con 14 de presión, ahora estå en casa y debe de estar con oxígeno, porque sino su saturación es de 72, en conclusión no hicieron nada para mejorarla, a pesar de haberles desembolsado un aprox de 173000 pesos. En el 4to piso (pabellón covid) los enfermeros sin protección alguna, incluso, muchos de ellos no utilizan mascarilla, nunca he visto algo parecido, deberían sancionar o clausurar esa "clínica" que mas bien parece un centro que se dedica a sacar dinero y los pacientes son lo último que les importa, no son doctores, son matasanos especializados. Les recomiendo 1000 veces pensar antes de internar a su paciente en ese "nosocomio"

La atención administrativa es pésima, la cajera muy grosera y prepotente. Aparte es super caro y no se miden con los costos ni desglosan lo que están cobrando

De muy mal gusto mi papá estuvo en terapia intensiva, con ventilador. El día que nos informaron que no se podía hacer nada. Entramos a despedirnos. Se presentó una señorita como Ana Karen la cuál le quería retirar el ventilador porque lo necesitaba para otro paciente, sin alguna explicación, cuando aún mi papá aún estaba vivo. Enfermería le llamo la atención que aún no se le podía retirar nada. Desconozco cuál era la intención, pero considero que no debería de ser así, aparte super grosera y prepotente.

Pesimo servicio mi familiar fallecio en ese hospital y no tienen idea de la cantidad de dinero qie nos cobraron es abuso no les recomiendo ni el servicio medico ni el hospital

¡Pésima administración! Estuve hospitalizada hace 2 meses, era necesario que se me realizarán unos RX y me trasladaron al Sanatorio Florencia en ambulancia (misma qué ellos llamarón) y pague en efectivo, sin embargo mi seguro de gastos médicos cubría dicho transporte, al hablar con el Doctor Mondragon para el reembolso, nos solicito la factura y autorizó se nos hiciera la devolución, personalmente nos llevó a caja y dio esa orden, nos pidío estar en comunicación con la "Contadora Cristina" (qué se cree la dueña) para confirmar la transferencia, misma contadora qué nos dio largas, inventando qué la factura estaba alterada, que era una suma descabellada, que las ambulancias pertenecían a mi esposo jajaja, que no nos pagarían nada y ¡Así fué! Hasta el dia de hoy, doy por muerto ese tema. ¡Solo por ese trato, jamás volvemos!

Eviten este hospital, la enfermeras no tiene preparación, cobran demás, revisen su cuenta y eviten entrar a toda costa, es un servicio no profesional, sanitarios sucios y sin agua, no sirven los botones de llamada a médico de urgencia, no cuentan con medidas covid, no tiene equipó médico, lo consiguen de otros hospitales o rehúsan lo e otros pacientes. Cuidado!!
