★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien ubicado, el personal es de lo más atento, cuentan con estacionamiento cerca, área de bebidas.
Se puede comer al interior del restaurante o en su área en el exterior.
Pero sus precios son un tanto altos y el menú no es de lo mejor, no lo puedo catalogar de malo, pero pueden mejorar su comida.
 The place is well located, the staff is most attentive, they have parking nearby, drinks area.
You can eat inside the restaurant or in your area outside.
But their prices are a bit high and the menu is not the best, I cannot classify it as bad, but they can improve their food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vale la pena comer aquí, no hay buen servicio, si le pides algo a otra mesera ni te pela, la sra me volteó la cara e hizo que no me vio. Los precios están muy caros y la comida no está tan buena. El precio no compensa la calidad de los alimentos.
Si se están tomando las medidas sanitarias adecuadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de la sucursal del centro, aqui en Veracruz se esmera lo suficiente para dar un excelente servicio pero contrasta con la mala calidad de los alimentos y los precios excesivos. Muy mala ides si quieres invitar a comer a un cliente porque las enchiladas sambors estan en 130 pesos mas los cafes o refrescos terminas pagando unos 400 o 500 pesos. Esperemos reconsideren ofrecer mejor calidad o bien bajar los precios del menu.
The staff of the downtown branch, here in Veracruz, strives hard enough to provide excellent service but contrasts with the poor quality of food and excessive prices. Very bad idea if you want to invite a customer to eat because the enchiladas sambors are at 130 pesos plus the coffees or soft drinks you end up paying about 400 or 500 pesos. Let's hope they reconsider offering better quality or lowering menu prices.
