★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medidas sanitarias obligatorias. Excelente local de la cadena Sanborns. Ubicado en uno de los edificios más emblemáticos de la ciudad de México. Alimentos abundantes y bien calientes. Atención esmerada del personal. Felicito al Gerente del restaurante ,el Sr Carlos. Excelente anfitrión. La atención de la señorita Maribel, esmerada. Ambiente familiar. Cámaras de seguridad y personal de vigilancia. Sanitarios muy limpios.
Mandatory health measures. Excellent place of the Sanborns chain. Located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Mexico City. Plentiful and hot food. Careful attention of the staff. I congratulate the restaurant manager, Mr. Carlos. Excellent host. The attention of Miss Maribel, careful. Family atmosphere. Security cameras and surveillance personnel. Very clean restrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El restaurante es pésimo, tanto comida como servicio. Ahorrense la molestia y eviten este lugar, atención deficiente y comida de mala calidad. Llegamos un día de baja afluencia y tardaron siglos en atendernos, al momento de entregar la comida estaba fría y mal cocida, además no trajeron la mitad de la orden porque "se acababa de terminar". Definitivamente uno de los peores lugares que he visitado.
The restaurant is terrible, both food and service. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid this place, poor service and poor quality food. We arrived on a day of low influx and they took forever to serve us, when the food was delivered it was cold and undercooked, they also did not bring half of the order because "it had just finished". Definitely one of the worst places I have ever visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Durante mi visita una familia que llego antes de la mía se retiró después de media hora sin ser atendidos. Tienen poco personal que no responsabiliza ni presta atención. Durante mi visita ordenamos un caldo Tlalpeño, una ensalada y un pollo del menú. Más de 20 minutos de espera para que el caldo tlalpeño fuera consomé sin los ingredientes que caracterizan el platillo, la ensalada tuviera la fruta congelada con hielo aún visible, y el pollo "les acababan de informar que se había terminado" y pidieron elegir otras dos opciones "por si no había". No siquiera lo visite en un día de alta afluencia. Mejor evitar está opción.
Terrible service. During my visit, a family that arrived before mine left after half an hour without being attended to. They are understaffed who do not hold accountable or pay attention. During my visit we ordered a Tlalpeño broth, a salad and a chicken from the menu. More than 20 minutes of waiting for the tlalpeño broth to be consommé without the ingredients that characterize the dish, the salad to have frozen fruit with ice still visible, and the chicken "they had just been informed that it had finished" and they asked to choose two other options "in case there weren't". Don't even visit on a busy day. Better to avoid this option.
