★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Eviten comprar aquí. Llevo un mes solicitando la cancelación de un producto que nunca me llegó. Con una pésima atención al cliente y contestando de forma grosera, los ejecutivos de Atención al Cliente, les solicité el reembolso de MI DINERO, y me comentan que no tienen fecha prevista, ya que depende del proveedor, a pesar de que hice la compra con tarjeta de DÉBITO. Que espere (sin darme fecha alguna) y que luego me llegará un correo. Está compañía de volvió en un FRAUDE.
Terrible service. Avoid buying here. I have been requesting the cancellation of a product for a month that never reached me. With a terrible customer service and responding rudely, the Customer Service executives, I requested a refund of MY MONEY, and they tell me that they have no scheduled date, since it depends on the supplier, even though I made the purchase with Debit. Wait (without giving me any date) and then I will receive an email. This company came back in a SCAM.
