★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ten years ago the food was very good, a great excuse to get there and maybe do some shopping.
Nowadays the food has been at most "good enough to swallow" and you can tell employees are absolutely not happy about being there. For food there are lots of better choices a couple of blocks away, like Casa Hidalgo or Marco Polo. For shopping... well, nothing extraordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just walked out of this clown show of a restaurant with my wife and her family. The “Manager” tried to charge extra when we asked her to split the bill. She took over 20mins of attempting to concoct some imaginary version of what she wanted to charge us. She essentially held us captive there for 20minutes of our lives that we will never get back. Let’s also mention, the food was at best average. Wasting our time and attempting to overcharge is inexcusable. I will never eat in a Sanborns again. Shame on your brand for employing a person that would do this to a family on Christmas Eve. Shame on You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good attention, good service, and good food. Colour that with differentiating traits, and you get an overall, good experience. Although well balanced, "good" ain't no "great", maybe just a little plain, so I'll only recommend it if you're not looking for something *that special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad internet in the restaurant area, moreover no cellphone network in the inside area of the restaurant. Being a restaurant owned by Carlos Slim, I'd expect them to show-off on internet capacity, but it was disappointing, I couldn't complete work calls and tasks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an Ok restaurant in its segment. Perhaps, and as it is in Cuernavaca (Morelos) it is a nice and open green environment. Meals could be better and more tasty. Some are just less than good enough. Service is OK. And it is within a mall, so it is a good option to rest and have light meals.
