★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced garbage, service was ridiculously slow, portions of the vegetables were warm and the rest was room temperature or cold. Didn't have what I originally wanted. Extremely stingy with the condiments; 1 small leaf of lettuce, 1 quarter slice of a tomato and 11 fries. They spread them out so it looks like plenty but it was practically an empty plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For starters, there are many good things about Sanborns, like the varied menu and multiple options. The quality of the plates are really good.
The inconvenience we found is that the service is really slow. We had a sit and waited long before being attended. And it took a lot of time for the plates to be served.
The waitresses in this particular Sanborns (because there are a lot of them scattered all around México) are very nice, friendly, warm. They compensate for the manager's lack of sympathy, and for the long wait time.
One more good thing to add is that Sanborns offers a light menu, which includes meals rich in vegetables, prepared with less caloric ingredients.
There are some vegetarian options, but it's also possible to ask for one of the plates with meat to be served without meat, and the chef will usually serve extra cheese in that plate.
