★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good mexican restaurant franchise with high rating all over the country but for unknown reasons to me, here in Reynosa has very bad service: slow, people seem not to know their tasks, waitress don't even know the dishes they serve. Standard dishes can be acceptable but don't even attempt to ask for a moderately complicated dish because is going to be a mess. Since the bad service and dishes you experience, it is a expensive one place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to try the Chile En Nogada. The menu shows the dish to have Pomagranite, and when our plates were brought out, it had red pepper on it. We enquired, and were told that they would bring us the pomagranite. 20 minutes later they brought us a small bowl of green pomagranite. We asked for some coffee, and that was watered down to look like tea. One would expect a place like this to have a little more quality. Cafeteria food would look and taste better than this.
We also discovered a cockroach under my chair, but didn't get a photo of it. If a roach is in the dining area, you have to wonder what the kitchen is like. We will not return here, and would not recommend eating here to anyone.
I will say, management did the right thing and did not charge us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was excellent, very well stocked and the things of very good quality, good service, just a little hot, not as fresh as it should be and in the perfumery department they are too attentive to help you because you do not have the opportunity to check the perfumery well, because they are already there asking you that if you need help, they don't make customers feel comfortable.
