★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda está muy bien surtida pero el personal deja que desear. En el área de cuidado personal le pedí ayuda a la señorita que atiende y pésima su atención, contestando de malas. Se que la pandemia nos trae a todos azotados pero si tu trabajo es atender a un cliente al menos hacerlo con actitud de servicio y no como si te hicieran un favor.
 The store is very well stocked but the staff leaves something to be desired. In the personal care area, I asked the lady who attends for help and her attention was terrible, answering badly. I know that the pandemic brings us all battered but if your job is to serve a client at least do it with an attitude of service and not as if they were doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es de calidad regular, es recomendable que hagan seguimiento de afluencia de clientes (demanda) para que puedan tener el personal de acuerdo a las frecuencias en periodos bajos y periodos altos. Asi como un estudio de tiempos y movimientos en sus procesos. En estas fechas el servicio es muy lento (poco personal para atender a clientes). Se observaron clientes que abandonaron el llugar por mucho tiempo de espera y sin respuesta de servicio

Quiet, very good service!!! Excellent meal. And, at the end, you go for a walk through Averanda, a fabulous shopping center!! There are still end of season deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente mal, fui por necesidad y no por gusto, pero nunca más vuelvo a ir. llegué a las 9:30 am y pedí huevos con chicharrón y 3 salsas y resulta que ¡ya no tenían! Y el café estaba vomitivo. No sé qué químico le echan pero cada vez sabe peor.
Frankly bad, I went out of necessity and not for pleasure, but I'll never go again. I arrived at 9:30 am and ordered eggs with pork rinds and 3 sauces and it turns out they didn't have any! And the coffee was sick. I don't know what chemical they put in it but it tastes worse and worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es pequeña pero tiene de todo, el restaurante tiene una vista muy bonita al valle de Cuernavaca y hay medidas de sanitización adecuadas. Compré un teléfono y me atendió muy bien la Srita. Giovanna ofreciéndome opciones de diferentes productos con muy buena actitud de servicio.
The branch is small but it has everything, the restaurant has a very nice view of the Cuernavaca valley and there are adequate sanitation measures. I bought a phone and Ms. Giovanna offering me options of different products with a very good service attitude.
